30‑day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order. The 30‑day period includes weekends and holidays.
What can be returned?
We accept returns if the item is:
- Unused (no signs of wear, washing, or application)
- In its original packaging (including any seals or inserts)
- Returned because of a quality issue (defective, damaged in transit, or wrong item sent)
What cannot be returned?
Products that have been used (beyond simply opening the package) or returned without original packaging may be refused.
Return shipping cost
Free return shipping for all eligible returns. We will provide you with a prepaid return label – you do not pay anything to send the item back.
Restocking fee
No restocking fees. You get back 100% of what you paid for the returned product.

How to start a return
- Contact us at info@essentialoiil.it.com or call +1 914-400-6234.
- Provide your order number and the reason for return.
- We will email you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund timing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds for lost/damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees (though shipping was free in your case).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
