Where we ship:
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (the 50 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations.
Processing time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after we receive payment confirmation. You will get an email when your order is ready to ship.
Delivery time:
After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous US. Please note that delivery times are estimates — actual time may vary due to carrier conditions or weather.
Shipping cost:
Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum purchase required. There are no extra handling fees or fuel surcharges.
Carriers:
We work with several reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional last‑mile providers). The carrier for your specific order is assigned randomly based on your location and current shipping volumes. You will receive a tracking number once the order ships.
Tracking:
A tracking link will be sent to your email address after dispatch. You can use that link to check the status of your delivery.
Incorrect address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we can correct it for free. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package, and any reshipment cost will be your responsibility.
Lost or delayed packages:
